The specific details of the offer, that is the proportion of SEE Ltd's net profits to be paid over the next ten years in return for the purchase of the two debenture units of £500 or £5,000, are contained in the Letter of Agreement.
While anyone may request to view this Letter of Agreement, and any such request will NOT oblige participation in this investment, the law requires that a specific request is made and that the number of potential investors who can be sent this agreement is limited.
